Features

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Most habit apps want to be your coach, your therapist, and your gamification engine. Form just wants to be a quiet tool that does its job.

Streaks that motivate

Daily streak tracking with milestone celebrations, plus a gentle evening reminder when a streak is about to break.

Weekly and monthly checklists

Change the sheets, do the laundry, pay the bills. Recurring chores reset on their own every Monday and on the 1st.

Progress you can see

A 28-day heatmap, a 7-day chart, and a weekly summary that shows you're actually improving.

Reminders you control

Optional notifications at the times you choose. Scheduled by your phone, never by a server.

Your order, your rules

Drag habits into the order you want. Give each one its own icon, color, and daily goal.

Backup anytime

Export your complete history as a file you own. Import it on a new phone in seconds.

Designed to be glanced at, not lived in.

A note from the developer

I built Form because I was tired of habit apps that start out helpful and end up hounding you with paywalls. The one feature you actually need is always behind a subscription, and somewhere in the fine print your data is being shipped off to a server you never asked for.

So here's the deal with Form, in plain words: the app is completely free, it will always be free, and it does not collect any data. Not "free with ads." Not "free trial." There is no server behind the app at all, so your habits stay on your phone because there is nowhere else for them to go.

If Form helps you and you want to chip in, there's a small tip jar in the settings. It changes nothing about the app either way. Thanks for being here.

The rare app that doesn't want your data.

No server. No analytics. No tracking of any kind. Every habit, streak, and checkmark is stored locally on your device. We can't see what you track, and we like it that way.
