Form is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You're free to use it to track your own habits and goals. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its functionality.
All data you create in Form belongs to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, your data stays on your device. You're responsible for backing it up if you want to keep it long-term — we recommend using the Export Data feature periodically.
Form is free, with no ads and no subscriptions. You may optionally leave a tip to support development via the Settings → Support menu. Tips are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. They are voluntary: they do not unlock features or content of any kind. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their standard refund policies.
Form is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to keep it reliable, we can't guarantee it will be error-free or always available. We're not liable for any data loss, missed reminders, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may release updates that change features, add new ones, or fix bugs. Some updates may change the app's behavior. We may also discontinue the app or specific features at any time, though we'll try to give notice when reasonable.
You can stop using Form at any time by uninstalling it. We may also terminate your access if you misuse the app or violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new terms.
