Privacy Policy

Furstenburg Digital LLC · Effective July 17, 2026 · Last updated July 17, 2026

The short version: Everstill collects no personal data. None. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs that collect data, and makes no network requests. Your journal entries, mood check-ins, and session history are stored only on your device. We cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes them.

1. Who we are and what this covers

This policy is provided by Furstenburg Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "us"). It covers the Everstill mobile application (the "App") and the Everstill pages of our website at furstenburgdigital.com (the "Site"). For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@furstenburgdigital.com.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect, receive, transmit, store, or process any personal data from the App. Specifically, the App has:

3. Data stored on your device

The App stores the content you create — journal entries, mood check-ins, and your session history and streaks — locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. You can delete individual entries in the App, and uninstalling the App permanently deletes all of it. We recommend treating your device backup (such as an encrypted iPhone backup) as the only copy of this data.

4. App distribution platforms

You download the App through Apple's App Store. Apple may collect data in connection with your use of the App Store (such as download records) under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. See Apple's Privacy Policy. The App is free and contains no in-app purchases, so no payment data is involved at all.

5. The website

The Everstill pages on our Site are static pages. They set no cookies and run no analytics or tracking scripts.

6. Selling and sharing of personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act). We have no personal information to sell or share.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and because the App collects no data from anyone, we do not knowingly (or unknowingly) collect personal information from children.

8. Your privacy rights

United States state privacy laws (including in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, and Florida) give residents rights such as access, correction, deletion, and portability of personal data, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to produce, correct, or delete — your data is on your device, under your control. If you believe we hold personal data about you, or have any privacy question, email privacy@furstenburgdigital.com and we will respond within 45 days.

9. Where the App is offered

The App is offered in the United States only. This policy is written for United States law.

10. Security

Because your data never leaves your device, its security is provided by your device itself — your passcode, biometrics, and device encryption. We do not operate servers that hold user data, so there is no server-side data for us to secure or breach.

11. Changes to this policy

If we ever change what the App does with data — for example, adding an optional sync feature — we will update this policy, change the "Last updated" date above, and describe the change plainly at the top of the policy before the change takes effect.
