QuoteTruck is a software application for creating quotes and invoices, sold and supported by Furstenburg Digital LLC ("we," "us"). It is delivered as a file that runs in your web browser or as a mobile app, and it stores all of its data on your own device.
When you purchase QuoteTruck Pro or a white-label edition, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the software for one business, on any number of devices that business owns. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or offer the software (or copies or derivatives of it) to third parties. White-label editions are licensed to the business named in the setup.
The hosted demo is provided free of charge for evaluation. You may use it for real work at your own risk, but we recommend purchasing a copy you own, which removes the footer badge and gives you a supported file.

QuoteTruck stores your business and customer data locally on your device — we never receive it and cannot recover it for you. You are responsible for keeping backups (the app has a one-tap Export) and for the accuracy of the documents you produce, including any tax amounts. QuoteTruck is a document tool, not tax, accounting, or legal advice.
The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Pro purchases include free updates for one year from purchase. Support is provided by email at support@furstenburgdigital.com. Because the software runs entirely on your device, it will continue to work regardless of the status of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these terms; the version posted at this page applies to new purchases from its effective date. Changes never reduce the license rights of copies you already purchased.
