The short version: QuoteTruck stores everything — your business info, clients, quotes, invoices, logo — on your own device. There is no account, no cloud, and no server of ours that ever receives your data. We can't see it, sell it, or lose it, because we never have it.
All app data lives in your browser's local storage (or the app's storage on mobile), on your device only. Sharing a quote by text or email uses your own messaging and mail apps — the content goes directly from your device to your customer. Backups you export are files you control.
Our website is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) to deliver and secure the site, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not run advertising trackers.
Purchases are processed by our payment provider as merchant of record; they handle your payment details under their own privacy policy — we receive your name and email so we can deliver the product and honor the refund guarantee. If you email support, we keep the correspondence.
The iOS and Android versions work the same way: your data stays in the app's on-device storage. The apps make no network requests to us and contain no analytics SDKs.
If we ever change how the product handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above.
